Happy birthday to our Raja Devashish Roy .
Raja Devashish Roy is our honourable king of the Chakma Community . He is a Bangladeshi Social worker as a politician, lawyer and activist. He was a member of the United Nations Permanent of Indigenous issues from 2014-2016 .
His majesty Raja Devashish Roy served as a Special Assistant to the Chief Advisor of Bangladesh(Head of the Interim Government) with rank and status of a State Minister during the 2006–2008 Bangladeshi political crisis. He was in charge of the Ministry of Chittagong Hill Tracts Affairs and the Ministry of Forest and Environment.
Today is his majesty’s 62th Birthday. We are wishing a very healthy and long life for him .
