Indigenous people celebrating Boishabi in Abroad : a symbol of unity

Writer's picture: Indigenous ExclusiveIndigenous Exclusive

During Boishabi , indigenous people in Abroad celebrated with their own family and community. They floated flowers on the brook and beaches wearing traditional dresses . They cooked pajon with different vegetables. Some performed traditional songs and played traditional games too . Despite of being away from own country , they celebrated biju, boishu, sangrai in New York , France , Italy , Canada , Ireland and many more . Thus it helps to represent our culture and tradition in Abroad , connecting with other indigenous people by creating a friendly community and staying unitedly .
